Smirnov A. Criminality in the sphere of business and their prevention

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of the struggle against the crimes in the sphere of economics. The problem of working and mechanism of business management by the state is of great actuality in the removing period. The modern legislation regulation the sphere of business is out of perfectness. It concerns the system of taxation that doesn't stimulate the production of goods. Employers find themselves in a difficult situation comparing with the state employers. The market disorder is causing to illegal sequences. So a state has to use the methods of legal regulations with the economic influence of pricing. There are the following ways to stimulate economic development of the country: creating the fruitful conditions for labour and business activity, supporting the production practice and value of our goods, rising the labour productivity based on the scientific a technical progress, as well as on the private ownership and reforms of salaries and incomes. The need of a new criminal and business codes is really objective in Ukraine.
