Sheremeta S. Antroponymy of the northen part of Ternopil region.

Object: family names of Kremenets province in the XIX century and modern surnames of north of Ternopil region. Methods: descriptive, historic-comparative, elements of comparative, statistic. The definite aim is reached: Thorough analysis of surnames, and family names, which preceded them, has been done. Ways and means of a person's identification in the XIX century have been characterized; principal word-formative models have been defined, productivity has been indicated and localization and function of surnames which are widespread in the investigated region has been defined; onymic and apelative vocabulary which is in the surnames streams has been described.
