Essay

This thesis is dedicated to epiphysis and immunity functional state depending upon biorhythms of various periodicity; with disorders correction methods in patients with common psoriasis developed. Epiphysis functional activity changes are discovered with 89,6% patients. These changes reveal themselves in daily fraction level increase melatonine. The daily rhythm inversion and amplitude decrease of epiphysis hormone production are identified in patients with advanced stage. Melatonine excretion disorders at the expense of daily secretion intensification are found in 83,3% patients with the winter type of the disease in winter and autumn and 70% patients with summer type in spring and summer. Daily rhythms analysis of population composition of lymphocytes identified an increase of relative number of T- and B-lymphocytes in the afternon and at night; fluctuation amplitude of T-dependent lymphocytes became 4,6 lower. This allow to consider the fluctuation rhythm of T-lymphocytes less significant. T- and B-lymphocytes level is lower in winter in 80% patients with the winter type of psoriasis, in summer in 70% patients with the summer type. The treatment method using aminalon and timogen and those made of natural components was developed and introduced into healthcare practice. The indication of the complex treatment method to patients with common psoriasis allowed to obtain positive clinical effect with 97,1% patients, to shorten treatment period by 1,5, to lower relapse rate by 3,3.
