.The main parameters of homeostasis in the trauma of the liver are investigated in experiment on the basis of the study of pathogenesis of the early posttraumatic period. Diagnostic algoritns, methods of operative and technical modes, the combined use of ozonized solution of sodium chloride, effective method of local of treatment of hepatic wounds and their suppurative complications with the use of Ophlotrimol-P ointment are offered in the clinic. The introduction of the worked out complex of measures directed on the optimization of surgical tactics in hepatic traumas allows to ahorten period of diagno stics, to lower the amount of postoperative complications and fatal outcomes.
