Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation and development of the program of stage reduction treatment of children with a fungal genesis bronchial asthma, with application of the physical factors. The data of the complex (clinical, functional, allergological, mycological, immunological) inspection of 177 children, with the bronchial asthma of fungal genesis, determine a high level of a fungal sensibilization with prevalence of an allergy to funguses: Candida, Penicillium and Cladosporium, along with clinical and functional changes, lowering indexes of system-defined and local immunological reactivity, respiratory ways biocenosis disturbance.The scheme of consecutive reduction treatment of children with fungal bronchial asthma is designed, on sanatorium and outpatient stages, with application of immunocorrecting aerosoltherapy with cycloferonum, eliminative antimycotic measures and aromaphytotherapy. The efficiency of the offered program is confirmed by the data of the remote and direct observations.
