Thesis is dedicated to analysis of a capability and clinical-pathogenic substantiation of frequency-modulative multilevel systemic magnetotherapy (FMMS M) applying in treatment of patients with the initial cerebral blood circulative insufficiency manifestation (CBCIM).New data on the basic mechanisms for development of this vascular pathology, that connected with the vegetative centers disfunction and lead to imprairments of the cerebral vessels tone and reaction are obtained It is proved. that FMMS M influences ctively on condition of autonomic nervous system, general and brain haemodynamics, the lipide metabolism and stimulates sanogenetic processes and thus inhibits considerably the vascular pathology progression. Is demonstrated in enough quantity of material an FMMS M advantage over monozonal magnetotherapy and according to some data over medicinal treatment.Advantage of FMMS M over monozonal magnetotherapy and medicamentous treatment according to some indices is substantiated with the enoughquantity usage of observations. On the basis of data obtained directly and katamnestic observations the aftereffect of FMMS M within 6-9 month is detected upon the treatment course termination is established that has a positive influence foe the disease course. Results obtained are the evidence of FMMS M application advisability in the treatment of patients with the CBCIM, that may prevent the stroce morbidity.
