Mujetskaya N. Immune homeostasis with patients with cheilitis and its correction throught the discovered disbalances

The results of immunologycal examination of 129 patients with cheilitis are presented in this dissertation. It was established that disbalance of subpopulations of T-lymphocytes as a relative suppression immunodeficiency with cell-mediated i. hypersensibility to the tissue of lip red border, increasing of the level of circulate immune complexes, decreasing of functial activity of monocytes and natural killers characterize the inflammable disease of the lip red border belongs to groupe of own chelitis. In experiment in vitro it was established the scintific basis of CMLF usage in treatment of patients with cheilitis. In the treatment of patients with cheilitis with disbalanses subpopulations of structure of T-lymphocytes as absolute hypersupression in a combination with the increased level antibodies to the n-DNA the way of complex application of CMLF, thymalin and DNA-containing sorbents (enterosorbtion) is developed and its clinical efficiency is proved.
