KORNILOV L. Optimization of territories development under conditions of land relations reforming (exemplified by Rivne region)

Theoretical research has been done into the dynamics of the state of land use during the period of implementing the land reform on the territory of Rivne region. The author has worked out the methodological principles of organizing land use on different land categories, of optimizing land use in the agroindustrial complex. The methodology has been set up for organizing town agglomerations and causal ties have been established of the influence of land relations on the formation of land use and land ownership in the suburban zone. Concepts have been determined for managing suburban areas and land resources of localities. Models and the pattern (of expert assessment) have been presented of beaters influencing the formation of land use and land ownership. A mathematical model has been elaborated for assessing the optimization of land use under conditions of indeterminacy.
