On the basis of clinical-laboratory and functional methods of research the basic causes of perinatal losses are investigated at a transabdominal delivery. It has allowed scientifically to prove and to develop new procedure of forecasting of perinatal losses at the women, by operation cesearean of section. Besides are developed and the practical references on downstroke of perinatal losses at the women, operative concerning cicatrix on a uterus and acute hypoxia of a fetus are introduced on the basis of use new antigipoxante - mildronate. It has allowed to lower frequency of perinatal losses at the women of bunches of high risk
