Grushets'ka O. Complex treatment of patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages using the nonmedicamental factors

Dissertation is dedicated to the patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages treatment efficacy increase. On the grounds of carried out comparative clinical examinations and also of immunologic and endocrinological parameters studying in women with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages, use of millimeter diapason electromagnetic radiation in a complex of anti-inflammatory measures was based. Complex with use of millimeter diapason electromagnetic radiation therapy in the patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages leads to normal functioning of immune system and pituitary-ovarian system. The detected positive dynamics is saved till sixth month of observation with following returning to the initial level at the distant period of observation. The elaborated method of the patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages treatment leads to general self-feeling improvement, psychological status normalization and inflammatory process exacerbation rate, and also to menstrual and sexual functions normalization comparing to the patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages that took the traditional anti-inflammatory therapy, thus, increasing the patients with the chronic nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages treatment efficacy.
