Essay

The essence of character and specifics of processes of formation, structural development and transformation of political institutions in the Western region in the modern stage of state creation are investigated in the dissertation on the basis of complex analysis. Ideological political spectrum of the region during transision period is defined. Factors that influenced the process of formation of political institutions in the region are analized and systematized. The dynamics of change in the influence of different, as to the content and orientations, political parties on the political situation in the region through mechanism of democratic elections is observed in the dissertation.
