Essay

The thesis deals with development of efficient technology of caseless laying of heating mains based on closed method. Analysis of thermal- and hydroinsulation materials used for heating mains construction is made. It is established that the most efficient among them are polyurethane used as thermal insulation layer and polyethelene which performs hydroinsulating functions. In this work the closed method technology for construction of microtunnels aimed at different purposes with using of up-to-date machines and equipment was investigated, as well as character of mutual interaction of yielding treatment of heating mains with surrounding ground mass under condition of caseless laying. In the result of investigation of existing constructive and technological decisions of laying heating mains without channel based on open method and case heating mains laid basing on closed method, as well as of the united deformation "treatment-mass" system the structure and technology of caseless laying of heating mains based on closed method have been designed. Technological and organization decisions were developed which are directed on efficiency rise in heating mains construction under the conditions of existing city environment.
