The dissertation is dedicated to innovation formation and stable development of processing and food enterprises of Ukrainian AIC and to elaboration of theoretical and methodological basics and practical recommendation to be used in preventing the long crises in food production and in development the commodity production up to the new modern level, according to market economy. The author's understanding of innovation development is proposed, its classification in integrated food production was improved.
