Stefanov S. The problems of legal organization of prisoners employment at places of incarceration

Dissertation is devoted to the problems of organization of prisoners employment at the places of incarceration. The historic legal and theoretical analysis of the process of establishment and development of prisoners employment institute in Ukraine is given in the dissertation. The analysis of theoretical ideas, scientific approaches, regulation and legislative standards determining the labour involvement of convict was carried out. The results of conducted sociological researches on the question of employment in the correctional facilities of Odessa oblast were analyzed. The facts are represented in tables and diagrams.The tendencies of development of prisoners employment institute in the present day conditions are characterized in the scientific research. Social-demographic, criminal, organizing factors influences the employment are considered in details. The problems of prisoners work organization are emphasized. The conception of enterprise privatization of correctional facilities is now render consideration. In conclusion definite specification of the theoretical conception, regulation of present day legislation are suggested, practical recommendations are formulated, approaches for the future research on the problems of prisoners employment at places of incarceration are determined.
