Essay

The object of the research is gastrointestinal (Gi) electrical activity (EA) registered on the human body surface. The subjects are methods and technique for noninvasive gastrointestinal electrical activity studies. The research methods are analysis of the relevant information, verificatory experiments, computer modeling. The tools are a computer, an oscilloscope, a signal generator, a voltmeter. The theoretical result is a method for cutaneous EA registration which allows to show up the Gi motor activity separately in the different organs. The practical results are an electroenterograph was invented (appraisal passed), an electrogastrograph was improved. Subject and rate of use are the electroenterograph is used as an indicator of Gi motor activity in post-operative time in Kharkiv municipal clinical hospital №31, the electrogastrograph is used in learning process in Kharkiv national university of radioelectronics. Economical effectiveness of the inventions has not been calculated. The areas of the result’s application are development of methods and technique for electroenterography and electrogastrography (in technics), Gi surgery and gastroenterology (in medicine).
