Essay

Radiometeoric method of time and frequency measures synchronization. To investigate opportunity and ways of errors reduction. Short-term phase instability of a signals delay at meteoric radiopropagation is experimentally investigated. The new way of the signals processing, using counter algorithm for measurement of time scales shift together with mirror-retransmitting algorithm and the measuring aerial for a hardware regular error indemnification is developed. The basic technical parameters of the radiometeoric synchronization systems are proved. The opportunity of reduction both casual and regular making errors of scales shift measurement radiometeoric method up to size about 1 nanosecond is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed. Results are introduced in educational process and in research and developmental works at system engineering synchronization.
