Essay

The object is a radioelectronic system of the complex vertical sounding; the aims are to enhance maximally its capabilities and to investigate with it the atmosphere boundary layer (ABL) over the land-sea boundary; methods of the atmosphere radioacoustical and acoustical sounding and statistical methods; novelty - first are realized a technic of humidity determination with double-frequency RASS and a technic of the complex investigations of the atmosphere boundary layer (ABL) structure; results – new acknolewdge about the ABL structure over the land-sea boundary is obtained and the possibility and prospect of the use of the simple by structure system of the complex vertical sounding of the ABL. Radio technical systems, radio meteorology, radio physics, geophysics.
