The object is automated library systems (ALS) intended for ecological texts analyst-synthetic processing; the goal is to solve the problem of automatic identification of ecological texts in full-text DB of such systems on base of intelligent activity models; the methods of linguistic objects compare identification, finite predicates algebra, mathematical statistics, sets theory, graphs theory and linguistic analysis are used; the ne approach lies in application domain's semantic structure exploration and building models of identification and processing of texts of complex domains; the results include new compare strategy and algorithms of thesaurus semantic network automatic building, indexing, systematization, subject headings look up and relevant texts searching in ALS, the models of integration with existing systems are proposed; introduction in library, scientific-information and higher education institutions; the results are recommended for use in libraries, educational institutions and institutions related to the dissertation's subject.
