Salo O. Peculiarities of yield and quality formation in bean seeds depending on complex application of agrotechnical and chemical protection techniques against needs in the Conditions ofthe Left Coast Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.

Object: dependence of yielding properties of beans on cumulative effects of herbicides and cultivation techniques; Aim: to study the effectiveness of cumulative effect of agrotechnical and chemical methods of protection against weeds, as well as cultivation techniques on growth conditions, productivity and quality indices in bean seeds; Мethods: field, agrochemical, microbiological, biometrical, math-statistical: Novelty: firstly in the conditions of the Left-Coastal Forest-Steppe of Ukraine there have been established the peculiar effects of different kinds of herbicides, their complex use, on growth conditions, productivity and quality indices of yield in new bean cultivars with erect growth habit suitable to mechanical harvesting; Results: there have been conducted economical and energetical analyses of investigated herbicides, their application dates and cultivation technique for the bean cultivar Kharkivska shtambova. The optimal technology of its cultivation has been recommended; Stage of application: introduction of the technology in the Kharkov Region; Application area: agriculture.
