The economic activity of oil processing plants. To substantiate the theoretical assumptions and to create the real model for the controlling use on oil processing in Ukraine. Methods of research are the methods of econometrics, graphic and analysis of factors. The econometric model for profit prediction is constructed. The connections among factors of production are investigated. The index system is created for the economic diagnostics and estimation of economic activity of oil processing plans. The reorganization model of oil processing plants is determined. The outcomes under field of price building are obtained. Sphere of use is the productions enterprises.
