Essay

Air Traffic System (ATS) is the object of researches. The purpose of work is increase of the air traffic servicing efficiency at the expense of improvement of search and introduction methods of information decision making support. General scientific-methodological theses of information presentation are elaborated. Information is generated in critical and emergency situations by decision making support systems in the ATS automated systems. The "pro-active" method of preventing evaluation of efficiency of the machine-to-human information is proposed.
