3. The theses are dedicated to the study of form and methods of interrelations between the bodies of supreme powers of the Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of the Crimea. It shows constitutional and law basis of the administrative and territorial establishment of the Ukraine and status of the autonomy within the unitary state. The meaning, concept and forms of interrelations between the supreme powers in Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of Crimea in various spheres of social life is disclosed. The theses determines conceptual statements and grounds the proposals as for the perfection of legislative regulation of the interrelations between the supreme bodies of power in the Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of the Crimea.
