The dissertation is devoted to problems of the theory of legal process m internal affairs bodies activity, legal processual mechanism of making and taking decisions. The problem of the bounds of legal activity of internal affairs bodies and the definition of legal backgrounds of taking the decisions in law enforcement bodies based on the theoretical analyse of legal literature, normative matherials, summarising the practice, factors and demands to them, which influence on the taking decision in law enforcement bodies. The principles of the processual activity of law enforcement bodies and the stages of it's activity are researched.
