Kirnos I. Improvement of investment activity administration by the state in the region

The object of investigation - is state administration of investment activity at region level. The subject of investigation - is principles, methods and practical aspects concerning reformation of state investment policy. Methods of investigation - system analysis, hieratic decomposition method and systematic structural analysis, functional approach, imitative simulation method. Scientific novelty of the achieved results is substantiation of the activities concerning improvement of state administration of investment activity in the region. It is described in the following new scientific results of investigation: -the scheme of investment form classification has been improved; -the mechanism of monitoring organization system has been developed; -conceptual approaches towards state administration of investment policy have been defined; -directions of improvement of foreign investment volume and structure in Ukraine have been proposed ; -optimization mechanism of the enterprise's investment activity has been developed on the basis of comparison of efficiency and risk of investment costs at the time of investment planning Practical value of the achieved results is working out of methodic base concerning improvement of state administration of investment activity in the region, which envisages directions of state investment policy structuring, parameters necessary for investment process regulation in regions, activities aimed at development of favourable investment climate in Ukraine and its regions. Several results and proposals concerning organization of investment activity monitoring found practical application in the process of work improvement in the chief economic department of Donetsk regional state administration. Thesis of dissertation concerning mechanism of efficiency improvement for investment activity organization in Ukraine were used for working out of Program of economic and social development in accordance with the questions of regional investment policy for 2000-2005 years, working out of the conception of creation of favourable investment climate in Donetsk region.
