Batyrgareyeva V. Criminological characteristic and prevention robbery

The object of the research is robbery as one of the varieties of crime. The aim of dissertation is a complex criminological characteristic and prevention of robbery. The author researches its criminological and criminal-legal characteristic, person of a robbery, reasons and conditions of such kind of crime, victim person with the help of nominally and logical, historical and legal, system and structural, statistical, specifically and social methods. Its proposes system of measures for prevention of robbery, suggests some proposals concerning improvement of activation of prevention subjects.
