Babalyan A. The way of prognosis hemodynamics and respiratory of infringments at laparocholecystectomia at the patients of elderely and senile age.

Object of research were 149 patients of elderly and senile age, at which parameters haemodynamic and functions of external breath with the help of spirometric, computer echosonographia and reography were investigated. Laws and mechanisms external breath and haemodynamics infringements were specified. It is established, that at laparocholecystectomia patients age more than 60 years are both restrictive and obstructive infringements lungs ventilation which are most expressed at patients with the reduced reserve opportunities of a myocardium. The estimation of influence of individualized modes pneumoperitoneum on parameters of external breath and haemodynamics for the first time is carried out(spent), the choice of rational modes pneumopetitoneum which provide safety of anesthesia that laporocholecystectomia is proved. The device, for modelling pneumoperitoneum which may be used in clinical practice for forecasting possible(probable) infringements of function of external breath, blood circulations and toa choice of an optimum level extra peritoneum area pressure is developed at laporocholecystectomia. The basic results of research are introduced into practical work of branches of anesthesiology and intensive therapy of Kharkov.
