Essay

Іt has been established that increasing of the intracellular cAMP concentration induced the membrane depolarization. It has been shown that cAMP-dependent depolarization is one of mechanisms of the depolarizing that induced by ATP. A noradrenaline-affected depolarization is caused by smooth muscle cells depolarization owing to a1-adrenoceptors activations and endothelium depolarization owing to b-adrenoceptors activation. b-adrenoceptors-activating depolarization is the cAMP-dependent.
