The dissertation is devoted to the prophylaxis of purulent and infections complications after caesarian section of infections risk group. Theoretical generalization and the new approach to solving the scientific task, that is the pathogenetic confirmation of purulent and inflammatory complications prophylaxis after caesarian section by means of complex use of miramistin and extra vascular magnetolaser therapy. Is given in the dissertation, such system of prophylaxis results in peroxide lipid oxidation indexes normalization antioxidant system activation, the rise of immune system functional activity, vagina microbiocenosis normalization; 2,9 times decrease in total microbe insemination of labor tract, prevention of destructive changes in leucocytes and lymphocytes by their intracellular stabilization.
