3. The work was dedicated to the Study of intra- operative and early postoperative complications folloving reconstructive operations in patients with post gastvic operation syndromes. Clinical research was carried out on 1318 cases (1009 cases were analyzed retrospectively, and 309 - prospectiv- ely). 161 different complications were observed in 108 (8,2%) patients. Among the risk factors analyzed were: Age of patients, concomitant il- lnesses, level of endogenic intoxication, level of microbial penetration at different stages during reconstructive surgery intensity of adhesions at surgery.
