Essay

To estimate the functional activity of T-lymphocytes spleen were used cytology and immunogenetic metods investigation. By the using of correlative analysis it was shown, that thymus preparations under allergic reactions of delayed type and tubercular infection influenes on the increase of T-lymphocytes quantity rise of prolipherative activity of lymphoid cells, intensification of reparative synthesis of DNA. Thymogen has more stimulating effect, then vilosen has. This data ground the expediency is using of thymus preparations at the complex therapy of tubercular patients with T-cell deficiency.
