Essay

Data obtained from investigation of 123 patients undergoing 169 operative interventions have been analyzed at the work. Elaborated in our clinic algorithm of investigation for patients with chronic cerebral ishemia has been used for diagnostic and treatment. Resection of redundant portion of internal carotid artery with its reimplantation in common carotid artery was a method of choice at internal carotid artery kinking syndrome. At vertebral artery kinking syndrome resection of kinking portion was performed with reimplantation in subclavian artery.
