Igor I. Changes and its correction of immunoreactivity, serum fatty acids metabolism at surgical treatment in patients with purulent complications of calculous cholecystitis

The dissertation is devoted to questions of diagnostics and surgical treatment of the patients with purulent complications of calculous cholecystitis. The spectrum of serum fatty acids of lipids in the patients with calculous cholecystitis and purulent complications by a gas chromatography method is investigated. The expressed changes in ratio levels of serum fatty acids of lipids in patients with developed purulent cholangitis and perivesical abscesses are revealed.Dynamics of parameters immunological reactivity in the patients with purulent complications of calculous cholecystitis is determined in different methods of surgical treatment: open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.New noninvasive method of purulent cholangitis diagnostic to increase its accuracy before operation is offered. New method for prevention and treatment of postoperative purulent septic complications is developed and implemented into practice of hepatobiliary surgery.
