Essay

The pregnant women with preeclampsia of a various degree of weight and eclampsia were inspected. Was conducted dynamic complex clinicals, neurologicals, immunologicals and tool inspection. Because of of datas of conducted researches the scale of an evaluation of a degree of weight organics and multiple organics failure for want of heavy гестозе was developed. For each system the main diagnostic criterions are developed. For optimization of an evaluation of a degree of weight of failures used a mark evaluation of obtained outcomes. On a modification of an amount of numbers evaluated adequacy to spent heavily therapy. For want of decrease of an amount of numbers evaluated therapy as adequate, for want of increase as inadequate and сorrects it by purpose intencive care is directed on revealed sub- or decompensation an organ or system. The developed diagnostic criterions and offered therapy have allowed to reduce percent of origin Acute Breach Brain Blood circulation from 6,2 % up to 1,5 %; to reduce percent of development eclampsia from 18,5 % up to 3,6 %, at the expense of decrease of percent eclampsia at a woman recently confined from 7,4 % up to 0 % at the patients of inspected groups with heavy gestosis.
