Drogun A. Current fiber-forming melts polyamide 6,6 - polyethyleneterephnhalate at spinning of monothearead

The dissertation is devoted to the description of current fiber-forming melts polyamide 6,6 - polyethyleneterephnhalate (PA6,6 - PETP) at spinning of monothearead. On an example fiber-forming melts of mixes PА6,6 - PETP the applicability of mathematical models spinning melts of polymers to melts mixes of polymers is proved. It is shown, that there is an opportunity of the directed regulation disperse structure melts ПА6,6 - PETP by change of technological parameters. The criterion spinnability is offered which pays off as product of time of stay in extruder, frequency rates spinneret and before spinneret draw. The phenomenon necking mechanism of infringement spinnability for fiber-forming of mixes PА6,6 - PETP for the first time was observed.
