Essay

The formal descriptions of forest ecosystem compartments for representation of the ecosystem as a hierarchy of forest layers have been given. The extension of the existent procedure of formal description creation has been described as a procedure of description modification by adding the factor of compartment pollution. The procedure of mathematical model creation is built on the basis of conceptual scheme and formal descriptions of forest ecosystems' compartments. Such procedure makes use of internal compartments particles investigation and allows detailed analysis of compartments without any changes in original conceptual scheme of forest ecosystem. The integrated software complex has been created on the basis of formal descriptions and automated procedure of mathematical models formation. The software complex includes the information system for modelling ("Polyn") and software for the numerical analysis of mathematical tasks ("DSR Open Lab 1.0"). It makes the procedure of model creation easy to use.
