Stokalyuk T. Peculiarities of prognosis, diagnosis and treatment of miscarriage in women residing under the conditions of seaside city

According to the aims of the work there was made a retrospective analysis of medical documentation and questionnaire of the families by using charts of profound study of premature deliveries in 500 cases under the conditions of district ranging by ecological situation: "industrial district", "central district", "recreation district". There were defined ecological, medical and social risk factors, devised mark scale of miscarriage prognosis in this group of population. Peculiarities of hormonal balance were studied in women residing under the conditions of the seaside city. It was established that reduction of the hormonal function in women of the "central district" was noted in the period of residence in this locality for over 10 years, and of the "industrial district" - for over 5 years. The proposed treatment as additional to conventional therapy includes placenta extraction. It increases the efficacy of therapeutic measures in miscarriage improving fetometric indices (internal diameter of the fetalegg, speed of growth of the internal fetal egg, sacro-parietal size of die head, circumference of me head, the length of the femoral bone) and optimizes die placentographic data. The treatment results in reduction of the amount of complications during pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period and of the newbom.
