Об'єкт дослідження - public relations related with the execution of criminal punishement like deprivation of wills,of rights and of liberty of sentencecl. Мета дослідження - theoretical research of juridical acks regulationg the rights and the liberties of convicted persons in Ukraine. Методи дослідження - а) general scientific (systematic, systematic and structural, logically semantic, historical, historical and legal); b) special scientific (comparatively legal, formally juridical); c) sociological (questioning, poll, interviewing). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical principals may serve as starting scientific base for subsequent research of the problems concerning the respect of rights and liberfies of convicted persons in Ukraine, the elaborated proposals will help to the realisation of reforms of criminalistic's executive system. Scientific novelty of the work is that the thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine, which is devoted to the problems concerning the realisation of and respect of international standards of rights and liberties of convicted persons before the imprisonment. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the thesis can be used for the preporation of some juridicial documents concerning the juridicial status of sntenced before the imprisonment. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the proposals and recommendations were used in the work of Coordinating commetlee of European Counsil which is in charge of realisations of penitentiary system's reforms. Ефективність впровадження - the proposals and recommendations are positively estimated. Сфера використання - reforms of internal affairs authorities, creation of juridicial documents, scientific research work, educational process.
