Mourzina E. Grounds for ways of correction of skin autoflora of children suffering from atopic dermatitis.

The dissertation is dedicated to improvement of methods of treatment of atopic dermatitis with an allowance for indexes that characterize the composition of skin microflora of children suffering from atopic dermatitis. For the first time the pattern of change of skin microbiocenosis composition of children suffering from atopic dermatitis during the period of acute condition and remission of the disease, on different skin areas, depending on the age of the patient, the degree of activity and the severity of the disease, presence or absence of secondary pyococcus complications have been determined. The interrelation between these changes and the condition of the immune system has been determined. Changes of the condition of skin microflora at different methods of treatment have been studied. In case of introduction of preparations having antibacterial effect into the general therapy and external treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis skin microflora of patients are qualitatively.
