Tomchuk O. Mikhailo Drai-Khmara's aesthetic system: genesis, creative realization

The subject of research is poety, literary criticism works, linguistic and critical schools, M.Drai-Khmara and his environment's epistolography, critique's opinion of the writer's creative work. The aim is the all-round mastering M.Drai-Khmara's artistic creative and research work, differentiating of attributive features of his aesthetic system and optimum ways of its realization in word. The methods used are as follows: typological, systematic and functional. Innovation lies in the attempt of a complex research in Drai-Khmara's artistic creative work, in scientific and interpreting practice alongside of the sources of the aesthetic values of the poet's orientation, in classifying characteristics of his original style, defining the writer's background, place and role of his heritage in the history of Ukrainian literature. The results of the scientific work may be used in the general course of the history of Ukrainian literature in the context of the ХХ century, in specialized courses and practical classes, can be applied to Drai-Khmara's literary portrayal, to developing deductive aids, writing course-projects, graduation and Master's works referring to the problem of the latest Ukrainian literature. The Field of knowledge is Ukrainian philology.
