.Object of the research: winter wheat in the system of virus disease protection under the conditions of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine. Aim of the research: to study the efficiency of biologically active substances, as the compounds, which can increase the resistance of winter wheat to pathogenes of virus diseases, as well as the dynamics of physiological-biochemical proc-esses ocurring when the above-mentioned substances are applied. Methods of the research and equipment: Laboratory method - physiological-biochemical processes and anatomical changes in winter wheat were studied; identification of virus and mycoplasma diseases was done; the quality of grain was determined. Field method - the efficiency of the effect of biologically active substances, applied separately and in combinations with pesticides, on the increase of plant resis-tance to diseases, on the productivity and yielding capacity of the crop was defined. Statistical method - the correctness of the distinctions among variants was determined. Theo-retical and practical results: it was found that the application of biologically active substances separately and in combina-tions with insecticides and fungicides to protect winter wheat from the complex of virus and mycoplasma diseases makes it possibie to increase the yielding capacity and to improve the quality of winter wheat grain. Novelty of the introduced method: It is recommended to apply biologically active substances as well as their mix-tures with pesticides with the aim of increasing winter wheat resistance to the complex of virus diseases under the conditions of unstable moisture regime of the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine. Extent of the introduction: The results of these researches were tested and introduced at the farms "Step-2000" of Uman district, "Buzivka" of Zhashkiv district, at the ex-perimental-training farm "Rodnykivka" of Uman district, Cherkasy region; high economic effect was reached. Areal of the application: integrated protection of winter wheat from diseases.from the complex of virus and mycoplasma diseases makes it possibie to increase the yielding capacity and to improve the quality of winter wheat grain. Novelty of the introduced method: It is recommended to apply biologically active substances as well as their mixtures with pesticides with the aim of increasing winter wheat resistance to the complex of virus diseases under the conditions of unstable moisture regime of the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine.
