The object is phenomenon of political leadership; the aim is exposure of peculiarities and mechanisms of womanish political leadership development in Ukraine; the methods are analytical, historical, comparative, theoretical, system and structural analysis, modeling; the novelty - a complex analysis of womanish political leadership phenomenon is carried; the results - some new data are brought into scientific turnover, a typology of womanish leadership styles in politicsis is definite; an experience of womanish leadership in state politics is generalized; implementation - embedded in educational courses on political science, history, culture of Ukraine; the fields are political practice, professional preparation.
