Popovych N. The Syntactic Structure of Sentences with Numeral Component in the Modern Ukrainian Language

Object: the semantic-syntactic and formal - grammar structure of the sentences with numeral component The purpose - complex research of the sentences with numeral component in Modern Ukrainian. Methods: descriptive, functional analysis, method of modelling. Theoretical significance: the results of research enrich the syntax of the simple sentence, develop the theory of valency and predication. Practical value: the materials of work can be used for writing textbooks and manuals on syntax of Ukrainian language, for want of reading special courses and realisation special seminars. Novelty: for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics the comprehensive analysis of the syntactic structure of sentences with numeral component is carried out, the status of the numeral components in different positions in the sentences is determined.
