Essay

The clinical and diagnostical complex (24-hour blood pressure monitoring, transesophageal electrocardiostimulation, bicycle ergometry, echocardiography, angiography) was used in 342 patients with the arterial hypertension which proceed isolated or was complicated with ischemic heart desease with the purpose of establishment the peculiarities of 24-hour blood pressure fluctuations depending on the influence of the stress-factors, the form of ischemic heart desease, the state of the coronary reserve and coronary vessels, the presence of the left ventricle remodeling. The influence of the short course of the treatment with enalapril, irbesartan, prolonged form of nifedipin and amlodipin on the 24-hour blood pressure variability was compared.
