Essay

The dissertation deals with the problems consolidation as a type of systemati-zation of normative and legislative acts, consideration and analysis of the funda-mental postulates and disputable questions on the topic. The notion of consolidation as a separate type of systematization of normative and legislative acts has been revealed in the paper, the correlation of consolidation with other types of systematization has been analyzed and the process of its appli-cation in different world law systems has been studied. Two types of consolidation has been analyzed.
