Pavlunyk I. Representation in the civil procedure of Ukraine.

The thethis deal with research problems of modern and perspective development of the institute of representation in civil procedure. In the thesis to be analyzed historical way of formation and development of the procedural representation. The conception of procedural representation, and its goals are defined and the classification of procedural representation are made. The content, bound and definition of the institute of representation in civil procedure, its distinction from the institute of the representation in the civil law are determined. Peculiarities of legal procedural status of representatives and peculiarities of some kind of representation in civil procedure are considered. It's proved that representation of parties, third persons, claimants, interested persons and representation of subjects which plead for rights and liberties of other persons are related to indivisible institute of civil procedure. Some theoretical conclusions on the researched questions and practical advises aimed at the improvement of the institute of representation in civil procedure are formulated.
