Essay

Was carried out a register of a cerebral stroke under the program the world organization of public health services, in which were received the data on an stoke, its consequences, medical care granting quality. Is revealed that the mortality from an stroke makes only 54% in the vascular diseases mortality frame. The risk factors of the cerebrovascular diseases of a brain were investigated in this dissertation. Were revealed the factors which lower the stroke diffusion level. We have shown clinically - neurologic features, conditions of a hemodynamics and the brain structural changes of the persons with the large risk of an insult development. The prophylaxis of an stroke is closely connected to early diagnostics and correction of modified risk factors, and also with the reception of antiplatelet preparations. In connection with this position in the region was created and now is realizing the system of measures for prophylaxis an stroke.
