The aim is study of clinical efficiency of the various schemes of use unfractionated heparin and nadroparin (N). It have been established more efficiency of the original scheme application of N. There were estimated most acceptable schemes of assignment of study heparins. The area of use - clinical medicine. The results have been reduced to practice of medical departments.
