Essay

Regeneration of osteochondral wounds, reorganization of bone tissue and articular cartilage. To study of morphological features of regeneration of osteochondral wounds using calcium phosphate ceramics. The opportunity of proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic cells on the surface of ceramics is established, that results in formation of bone tissue. The complete regeneration of articular cartilage at use of hydroxyapatite granules does not occur. Composite material with chondro properties was developed on the basis of hydroxyapatite and chondroitine sulphate. For the first time the possibility to obtain hyaline cartilage in the area of cartilage wound on the surface of ce-ramic block (80% of hydroxyapatite and 20% of tricalciumphosphate) was proved.
