The dissertation presents the results of the researches concerning the suitability of new immune and scab-resistant introduced apple varieties for the conditions of Podillya region of Ukraine. The main results of the research bound the practical usage in planning of occulation in the nursery of the Podillya Research Station, of the Institute of Horticulture (UAAS), and planting of the new apple orchards in Podillya.
