Plavitch V. The role of the law in the formation of market relations: law-theoretical problems.

The dissertation touches upon theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of economic relation in Ukraine. The scientific work (research) states the fact that law influences economy as the factor of ordering on the one hand. On the other hand law may be considered a tool of implementation of economic policy both on the part of the state and on the part of authorities. Law strengthens economic relations and guarantees their stability. Law stimulates the formation of new economic relations. Law supports and defends economic relations. Thus law occupies the leading role in the formation of socially oriented market economy. The given research states the sense of economic relations which are formed in the nowadays society. The dissertator comes to a conclusion that under legal regulations of economic relations it is necessary to consider influence of law on the given relations with the help of the standard methods of legal regulation by means of which the establishment in Ukraine a socially guided economy is provided.
